Surrey Three Peaks Walk – 4th September 2021

Back by popular demand. BRIGHT have teamed up with another local charity GRACE to organise a magnificent walk through the glorious Surrey Countryside conquering Holmbury Hill, Leith Hill and Box Hill in the process!

Starting from the village of Holmbury St Mary the walk will take you through ancient woodland, past rivers, ponds and waterfalls and will be a magnificent way to spend a day.

The event is open to all, there will be marshalls walking with you guiding the way and a comprehensive set of walker notes will be provided.

It is a superb, exhilarating, strenuous and fun days walking!

Prudential my Ride London – 15th & 16th August 2020

My Prudential RideLondon is free to enter – all you need to do is register, choose your distance and follow some simple steps to personalise your experience.

Choose from one of four challenges for all ages and abilities, which you can do on a route of your choice, wherever you are in the world, on 15 or 16 August. The main thing is to have fun and raise vital funds for BRIGHT!

London to BRIGHTon Cycle Ride- 13th September 2020

With plenty of our events being cancelled this year we are pleased to announce that the iconic London to Brighton cycle ride is still going ahead on the 13^th September. This is a 55mile bike ride from Clapham common south to the seaside town of Brighton.

BRIGHTER Days

With the global pandemic that we have all been facing this year BRIGHT have had to cancel or postpone many of its fundraising events. However, on the 12^th September we are inviting our supporters to take part in a sponsored walk, run, round of golf, garden party or any activity that will help raise vital funds for BRIGHT. These events can take place in your garden, a run within your local area or a walk with the family.

Please consider raising money for BRIGHT when undertaking an event. We have supported places on RideLondon–Surrey, the London Marathon, the Swim Serpentine, the Surrey Half Marathon and the Surrey Three Peaks. Are you a member of a club such as golf, tennis or bowls? Please consider nominating us to be the charity of the year. BRIGHT was delighted to be chosen as Charity of the year at the Clandon Regis Golf club in 2019.

Are you in the mood to declutter? If so you can turn your unwanted clothes, CDs, shoes, and many other items into a donation for BRIGHT. It’s an easy and effective way to donate to your favourite charity whilst decluttering your home.

Anyone can give to the charity when they sell on eBay. Sellers can donate between 10% and 100% of each item’s sale price to charity.
